To better serve our growing community of users and administrators, the documentation is now split into two focused sections:

The Admin Manual

Designed for developers, system administrators, and anyone responsible for installing, configuring, or extending Easy!Appointments. This section covers everything from server setup and integrations to customizations and maintenance tips. Whether you’re deploying the app for a business or contributing to the codebase, the Admin Manual is your go-to guide.

The User Manual

Perfect for front desk staff, service providers, and business owners using Easy!Appointments in their daily operations. The User Manual includes step-by-step guides on managing appointments, using the calendar, handling customer data, and much more – all explained in clear, accessible language.

We believe this split will make it easier for everyone to find the help they need, faster – whether you’re booking appointments or configuring cron jobs.
