Questions about billing

No. Easy!Appointments is an open source, self-hosted appointment scheduler and there is no licence fee or per-seat charge for running it on your own server. Everything priced on this page is an optional service. If you are weighing that up, here is the case for why your business needs an online scheduler.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Where applicable, VAT is calculated and added during Stripe checkout based on your billing location.
Managed Hosting is priced as a monthly equivalent but billed once annually, in EUR, USD or GBP. You receive an automatic invoice for the yearly term.
No. Both the Regular and Extended white-label licenses are one-time payments.
For Custom Development and Data Migration we review your requirements and send a fixed quote with scope and timing before any work begins.
Payments are handled by Stripe, which supports major cards and regional payment methods. An invoice is generated automatically for every purchase.
Whichever of the three you pick at the top of this page - EUR, USD or GBP. The amount you read is the amount Stripe charges, not a converted estimate, so there is no exchange rate and no conversion fee from us. We guess a currency from your browser on arrival; change it with the Currency selector and the choice sticks.
Alex Tselegidis, the author and maintainer of Easy!Appointments, trading from Offenbach, Germany. Every purchase gets an automatic invoice with our full company and VAT details - the same ones listed in the imprint. You are buying from the person who writes the software, not a reseller.
Wherever you need it to. We do not tie Managed Hosting to one fixed region, so if your data has to stay in a particular country or jurisdiction, tell us before we provision and we will place it there - or manage the identical service on your own server or cloud account, at the same price. We are based in Germany and handle your data under EU data protection law either way. See the Managed Hosting page.
Yes. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with some exceptions once a service has started or a digital license has been delivered. A support session is fully refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before its scheduled time. See the full refund and cancellation terms for details, or email info@easyappointments.org.
Managed Hosting renews annually. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@easyappointments.org before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; your instance stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
For Managed Hosting we target a monthly uptime of 99.5% or better (excluding scheduled maintenance), with daily backups. For Technical Support and for quote requests, we reply within one business day; a support session runs up to 60 minutes. These are the service standards we work to, not a financial guarantee; a tailored service-level agreement can be arranged on request.
