Booking software for every kind of appointment

Six businesses that used to schedule by phone, email and spreadsheet - and what changed when their customers started booking themselves.

Six common examples. Anything bookable.

These are six of the most common ways people use Easy!Appointments, not a list of what it supports. If a customer books a time with a person, it can schedule it, and a room or a piece of equipment can be booked the same way by setting it up as a provider: repair visits, pet grooming, property viewings, legal consultations and anything else that runs on appointments.

Questions people ask first

Salons & barbersCan clients choose their stylist?

Yes. Clients pick a service, then a stylist who offers it, or let the system pick anyone who is free at the time they want.

Salons & barbersDoes it send SMS reminders? Premium

It sends email for every booking, change and cancellation. SMS reminders are available as Premium custom development, or webhooks can pass each booking to an SMS service you already use.

Clinics & practicesIs it HIPAA or GDPR compliant?

That depends on how and where you run it, not on the software alone. Self-hosting lets you decide where patient data lives, and GDPR consent capture and customer self-deletion are built in.

Clinics & practicesCan reception book on behalf of patients?

Yes. Users with the secretary role create, move and cancel appointments for the practitioners assigned to them.

Tutors & schoolsCan several students book the same class?

Yes. Give the service a number of attendants and the slot stays bookable until that many students have booked it.

Tutors & schoolsCan students pay for lessons online? Premium

Prices show on the booking page in the free release. Online payment when the lesson is booked is available as Premium custom development.

Consultants & coachesDoes it work across time zones?

Yes. Link to it, or use the official WordPress plugin, Joomla extension or Drupal module to show it inside your pages.

Trainers & studiosCan I run group classes and personal training together?

Yes. Each service is either one-to-one or a group session with its own number of spots, on the same booking page.

Trainers & studiosDoes it handle memberships or class passes? Premium

The free release handles the booking. Memberships and class passes are available as Premium custom development, or an outside membership system can be connected through the API as custom work.
